Our talented designer, Aleena Waqas, led the project, overseeing every aspect of the design and fit-out process. Our Role and Scope of Work

As a full-service interior design and fit-out company, we handled every aspect of the project, from conceptualization to the final finishes. Our scope of work included:

Concept Development: Collaborating closely with Iman Developers and their team, our designer, Aleena Waqas, developed a concept that reflected the project’s objectives and design preferences. The concept aimed to create a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional living spaces.
Space Planning and Layout Design: Our team meticulously planned the spatial layout, ensuring optimal utilization of each area within the residential units. We focused on creating open and inviting spaces that maximize natural light and provide a seamless flow throughout the homes.
Material Selection and Finishes: Careful consideration was given to the selection of materials and finishes to meet the desired level of luxury and elegance. Premium quality materials were chosen for flooring, walls, and surfaces, creating a sophisticated and visually appealing environment.
Customized Furniture and Fixtures: To enhance the exclusivity of each residence, we crafted bespoke furniture and fixtures.
